yeh yeh holidays.
yestoday i devised a really good game.
go to a really big horrible mall and count the people you would rather look like.
yesterday i managed 1 but it was really difficult and made me feel great about myself. i was walking round with bad hair and ill fitting clothes but felt like the coolest one in churchill square - that's because everyone that goes to malls are mental
obviously this game doesn't work in the north laines so i wont try it because i'll have to pick 100+ people and then drink myself into oblivion.

things to look forward to.
lisa and elvis coming to brighton pride
going to dublin - does anyone know a fancy hotel we can stay in? this is going to be our only holiday and we are going for 2 days before alistairs wedding so don't mind spending money.

me and jimmy have been in turmoil about the next election. feeling we can't vote labour based mainly on the war and also their bag of shit education policy based on 'parent's choice' which just mean kids with parents who give a shit get good schools, the rest get crap, and city academy's run by businesses (don't get me started on the one which has now been shelved which was to be run by a catholic businessman who wanted to get rid of sex ed)
so jimmy printed off loads of manifestos and news articles and i got my form class to run their own election based on policies that mattered to them.
and i wanted to share with you all the things that i had forgotten.
things labour have done which are good:
sure start - initiative helping and supporting parents of children about to start school
fox hunting - it's banned (for now)and it's something i have been talking about since i was about 10.
london mayor - how good are the busses now! this would never have happened under the tories.
house of lords - radical change to the way our country is run. now our vote really counts and things aren't decided by some oldie who had a dad who had a dad that was big in the country (and liked fox hunting)
gay rights - age of consent and clause 28 (not sure if the number's right)labour is the only party that would have done this.
i am getting seriously worried that people voting liberal/green etc as a protest or feeling that they can't vote for labour will mean the tories get in.
the tories are so wrong in so many ways.
if i hear one more kid at school tell me "it's not rascist to impose limits on immigration" they're going to get a kick in the face.
IT IS RACIST to impose limits on the immigration of CERTAIN races! they have indroctrinated a whole load of west sussex girls to think that they are about to over run by a load of 'foriegners' who will take their jobs etc.
the bottom line is what are you going to vote?
yes the war is a massive issue but it should not overshadow the good they have done.
also id cards
but for now i'm voting labour (i may change my mind - a ladies perogative)
what should you do?
i don't care as long as you vote.
if you don't;
you have no say in what happens for the next 4 years

remember democracy is a wonderfull thing and not everyone in the world has free elections. yes it's not perfect but it's the best system thought up so far.

if you don't vote i will hunt you down and make you look at pictures of dead women who gave their lives so you could go in a little box and put a cross on a bit of paper. and you will feel bad.
spoil it if you want just go and vote.

i have finally finished doing all my school stuff and it is still the holiday.
yeah.
i can't believe how much tamsins lyrics are ace. and also how much they are going to be my favourite band of all time.
jimmy says all i talk about on here is poo and food.
i don't think thats bad.
today i have watched jimmy put his new poetry fanzine together. it looks well good. he has taken loads of digital photo's to use as the back ground.
also he has done a new page on the website for international minkies.
one bloke found our record in a bargin bin in a record shop in michegan!
i love that. but he does say it's "chilled" so maybe he got jamiroqui instead.

see jimmy no mention of poo or food.

i am hungry though!

spent yestoday watching a murphoid classic 'hauted house'
and birthday girl.

yes indeed i will pick that little pretty up and kill it with love before the year is out but it will have had a good life. a short life. must remeber not to let mcCaffrey down for next few years she has got bad reputation with cats. and not in a sex way.

i went on a boat!
4 days on the grand union canal with sam and craig and mike and anne.
good:
doing locks
picking up phrases from other boat users 'priceless'
seeing herons
drinking pink champagne
jimmy wearing water proff trousers and looking all estate
mama's and papa's

bad:
the toilets all smelly smelly
having tummy bug and runny poo (see above)
eating steak when i should of had dry bread (see above)
coming home.

had a great time time at my party realised i have amazing friends who make me laugh and then i have to miss them all over again when they go home.

saw le tigre. wernt that bothered really. it were a bit sad cos every other time i've seen them they made me nearly cry. it felt like they were going through the motions
good:
the girl in stripes who was at our gig
'blocking' people with a link arm action to stop people getting in front of me, with the girl from above
seeing steff on a week night.
all the minkies being together
gravy train saying their best gig had been at the freebutt last year. and that was the one we supported!!!

left tickets at home so had to spend 10 pond in a taxi to go get them

made a girl cry at school today. ace!
also said 'fucking' and tried to cover it up....badly
made loads of little girls sad cos they didn't get into the school play and then had to hide cos i knew i'd give them a part anyway "oh a part's just come up, third standing man from the right" and that would have been bad.
also had a really big shit and then this woman went in after me. this was embarrasing cos she's one of those women who always smells of roses like it's come out of her bum or something.
going to see le tigre tonight and i don't know how i feel about it. their still my favourite band but i'm also a bit sick of them. will be laughing during Vis though (thanks tams)

1. dancing with maggie
she is well good at it and i like it when she pretends to bump and grind
2. seeing ruth and tamsin after way too long
3. having 2 serving of the golden arches in one day
4. seeing jessie and helen and getting this is fanzine which i LOVE
